MOTD Monday: Full-ish face of Juvia's Place

Alright welcome to my 2nd full face one brand look... I feel like I'm cheating a little more with this one because I'm only using 3 products... Juvia's Place is a smaller brand and they don't have all that many products available right now... but you can make just about a full face with everything I have here!

Face
I primed with the Revlon Rose Glow Hydrating and Illuminating serum primer and then I used the Juvia's Place I Magic Matte Foundation. This is VERY matte and very full coverage- so you only really need a little bit of it- I feel like I used wayyy too much today but... it doesn't look too too bad. Plus- I'm still stuck inside at the time of writing this- I'm not going anywhere lol.

Next Up I went in with the Saharan Blush Volume 2 Palette- this is the lighter version of the palette- but the blushes are still very pigmented and GORGEOUS! I used the Yara Bronzer as a bronze/ contour type of deal and then went in with Sola as my blush. Sola is very sparkly and really pretty. I used Zoba as my highlight and there's the look. With this Foundation I like a glowier sort of face look so I think these are good...although I kind of prefer wearing cream products with this. I set everything with the Ulta Watermelon Facial Mist because I LOVE this stuff!

Eyes

For eyes I primed with the Nars Smudgeproof primer and then used The Warrior palette... I believe this is Volume 1 they also have an all matte volume 2 version. I used Kano in the crease and then went all over the lid with Amina. For my browbone I used Ahosi and I put Moremi in the inner corner. I think I used Benin in the outer corner also but I'm not sure if that shows up all that much in the finished look. Overall this is an awesome neutral palette- I got this for my friends for Christmas... plus Juvia's place always has a sale.

For mascara I used my Lashsense mascara from Senegence.

Lips
I used something I haven't used in a while the Colourpop Ultra Satin Lip in Frick and Frack. I thought that Juvia's Place also had liquid lips and I thought this formula might be the most similar to what they have... I'm not totally sure though and right now on the Juvia's Place Website and Ulta's website there are no liquid lipsticks available- just a few that are coming soon.

More About The Brand...
I thought I'd mention some of there other products because I didn't use all that many. They also have a stick foundation, a concealer, some loose powder highlighters and some single highlighters. I believe they used to sell lashes as well- but those are not available at Ulta. They do have a concealer and setting spray too- I'm not sure I'd buy those because it seems like they have very matte products so I'm not so sure about those. Loose highlights also aren't my thing- but I should probably check out their single highlights because I love the face products in the palette and I might be able to use some of their highlights as a blush or bronzer too.

Juvia's place is also a black owned beauty brand, and they have 42 shades for their regular foundation (at least thats what Ulta is saying), 30 shades for their stick foundation and 24 for their concealer... again those are what's available at Ulta there might be some more. They also have their darker foundations listed before their lighter foundation in their line- which I think is cool. I am very pale, so I'm never shade 640 in a foundation line- so I think it's kind of cool that I'm the lightest shade still but the last one listed.

They're also a cruelty free brand- so that is pretty cool too!

Bye!
-Shannon
