Tag Tuesday: Makeup Look Using Products That Start With The Same Letter As Your Name
Okay- so I'm Shannon... and I saw KathleenLights do this makeup look using only products that started with K and I thought I'd try using S products for a look. At first I didn't think I had anything then I looked at Sephora's website and looked through my stash and thought "Hey! This Works!" It's kind of like the game Scategories- but with makeup.
Face
Okay so I had nothing for Primer and foundation. I have tried the Smashbox Primer Water and Primer Oil and I like both of those a lot... but I used my Revlon Photo Ready Rose Glow Primer. For Foundation I went with the first letter of my middle name- which is L- so I used the Laura Mercier Silk Cream Photo Edition Foundation. Then I contoured with the Smashbox Contour Palette- this is one from a sephora point perk I got years ago. I used the contour product to contour, the bronze to bronze and I used the white powder to set my face and blend everything together. For Blush I used the Sigma Aura Powder in Nymphea and for highlight I used one from a Sephora Brand Face palette that was like $10 on their website around the holidays one year.
Eyes
So I primed with a Stila Shimmer and Glow Liquid Eye Shadow... I'm not sure if I used the shade Carefree or Boheme... but it was one of those two. Then I went in with my Storybook Cosmetics Burn Book Eyeshadow Palette. I haven't used this in a while! I used the shade Regina George all over the lid, You Can't Sit With Us and Wednesday in the crease and Wednesday a bit into the outer corner and then I used October 3rd in the outer corner to darken it a bit and add some more glitter. For mascara I used the Senegence Lashsense Mascara. Ohhh and I used the white color on the browbone... which is The Plastics.
Lips
I used my Senegence Lipsense in the color Dawn Rising with a Glossy Gloss and Matte Gloss on top...
And just so you guys know I buy my senegence products from my sister Stacey. She is Unicornlipsandlashes on Instagram and her facebook group is Unicorn Lips and Lashes with Stacey on Facebook... check her out for sure!
Alright! I hope you guys like this look- this was a fun way to use some things I haven't used in a while and I just really liked doing it! Also I feel bad not having any drugstore products in this- Sleek is a great drugstore makeup brand and I looked ALL OVER for my sleek solstice highlighting palette and I couldn't find it anywhere!
Anyway that is everything- hope you guys like it!
Bye!
