THE BEST Sephora Products- VIB Sale Recommendations

Here are some of my favorites that I tried and tried and I LOVE them. Let's break it down by category! I might not have something for each category... but I'll talk about what I have and why I like it!

Foundations
There are no high end face primers that I really like better than Drugstore- so let's start with Foundation.

One I don't currently have- but it is a favorite of mine that I will probably repurchase sometime soon: Too Faced Born This Way. I haven't used this in a long time and I have too many foundations right now so I won't repurchase it now but it's something I'm planning on buying again because I've seen old pictures of myself where I've been wearing it and it looks really nice! Great for dry skin, but not bad on coverage either.

I have 3 foundations right now that I've been using and loving that are all available at Sephora. The Nars Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation is really great for dry skin... kind of has a buildable coverage... It lasts a long time though and it's nice.

The Pretty Vulgar Cool AF Volcanic Water Foundation is amazing. Very longwearing- almost matte but it doesn't look bad on my dry skin. I didn't buy this from Sephora- I got it at a discount store but that isn't open right now and Sephora's a good way to get it in your right color match.

Also the Beautyblender Bounce foundation is really good. This works really well with a beauty blender or beauty sponge so I feel like this can work any way you want it. They have a nice color selection and I feel like this might be the one that's the closest match for my skin color. It isn't too light or too dark and I have trouble finding a match.

Concealer
I'm not that big on concealer, the only one I use is Tarte Shape Tape and I'd recommend it. It's a good one!

Face Palettes
I love the Too Faced Natural Face Palette. This has 2 blushes, 2 highlights, one bronzer and one sort of blushy bronzer. These all look really pretty on and I like how they work. This smells good too!
And I've talked about this a million times but the Hourglass Ambient Edit Palette! I'm not sure if they have a big palette like this available right now- but I think they do have an Ambient Lighting Palette and an Ambient Blush palette. Plus all of these products are great individually. The Bronzer is the only thing I don't think I would buy on its own because... I think it's more expensive than the other products and I like it but I'm not super into bronzers and it isn't really all that special. But the Ambient Lighting Blushes, Strobe Lighting Blushes, Strobe Powder and Ambient Lighting Powders are all something I would recommend in a palette or outside of one!

They even have some mini versions of these products if you wanted to try it for $20 instead of like $40 that it originally is.

I also love the Anastasia Glow Kits! These are great if you love highlights. I love the formula of these... but it is kind of a lot to have 4 giant highlighters.

Bronzers

Too Faced Bronzers are good. The older ones like Chocolate Solei and Pink Leopard are my favorites. Nars Laguna and Benefit Hoola are also good.

Blush
Not sure I really have a favorite high end blush... but the Benefit Boxed ones are probably what I would pick if I had to? I haven't really tried any on their own though so... yeah.

Highlighter

Becca! I forgot Sephora carried Becca but I really love their highlighters. They're pretty much who made highlighting famous and they're loved for a reason!

Jouer is underrated too- they break easily but I like them!

Eye Primer

Nars Smudgeproof- I love this one! I use it every day! It's the only one that actually works for my tricky eyelids!

Eye Palettes

Huda Beauty has my favorites... I have all her big palettes and quite a few of her smaller ones... I just think these are the best. I think my favorite is the New Nude Palette but the Mercury Retrograde one is super fun too!

I ordered one of the pastel palettes! Lol.

Anastasia Palettes are great too. I don't have the Carli Bybel palette- but that one is on sale right now so that might be the best bang for your buck. Top one that I would recommend is the Jackie Aina Palette! This one is so fun and it's one you won't want to stop using.

The Natasha Denona Sunrise palette- or the $65 Natasha Denona palettes are a good way to try the formula without breaking the bank too too much. The Sunrise Palette is also worth it- I really like it a lot.

I like the newer Naked Palettes also- the Naked Honey is probably my favorite. I would say that's worth grabbing during the sale... but these also go on sale a lot so if you don't get it now I'm sure you'll be able to find it cheaper.

And the Viseart Petite Pro palettes- a lot of the smaller viseart palettes are on sale now including this one. I really like this- I think this is a good way to check viseart out without breaking the bank. I did order a viseart palette in the sale too... so I'll share that soon.

Mascara
The only High End Mascara I think is worth the price that is available at sephora is the It Cosmetics Superhero Mascara. This really lifts the lashes and holds a curl... I'm probably going to get this sometime soon.

Lips
The Bite Beauty Power Matte Lipsticks are really great. I have one. I don't like that Bite keeps on changing their main lipstick formula- it seems that there are no regular lipsticks from Bite currently available so that kind of sucks- but this formula is good too.

Fenty Beauty's Matte lipsticks- the Stunna Lip Paints- are great. I Have 2 of them Uncuffed and Unbutton. These are awesome colors and a nice formula. I also love their gloss bombs- these are really nice.

And for a lower than drugstore priced item practically... the Sephora Lipstories are really nice and fun!

Non Makeup

I don't want to go too much into skincare because it's so different for everyone- but the Philosophy Purity Made Simple is one of my favorites. This works well for removing makeup, cleaning the skin and people even use it for washing their brushes... so it's good overall.

Tatcha's Deep Cleanse Exfoliating Cleanser is also great! My skin feels nice and tight after using this and I really like it! This has been on my loves list forever but I haven't purchased it because they give this as a point perk and a birthday present quite often... so I can do with the small versions.

Fresh Lip Balms are really great too! These make great gifts also if you're looking to give a gift for someone I think Lip Balms are a nice choice because its not something people will necessarily buy for themselves but it's nice to get. I like the Mint Rush one the best!

The Laniege Lip Sleeping mask is the best lip balm! I really love this- it also looks nice over a lip liner if you want to wear it as a lip color. It's a great product!

Sol De Janiero products are also amazing. The Coco Cabana Smell is my favorite- I alllllmost bought the new Coco Cabana Body Cream Cleanser but with the way shipping is right now... it might take like a month and I think it will end up messy... but once things are normal again I definitely want to get this! The Bum Bum Creams and the Body Sprays for both of these scents are great too!

I also really like the Nest Perfumes! They have a few rollerball sets which I was tempted to buy... but then I saw they had a 100 point perk for one of their scents that's new to me so... I got that instead!

Happy VIB Spring Sale you guys! I will also have a list like this of drugstore makeup coming soon and I will probably have a makeup look with all of these products in... 3 or 4 weeks lol. I already have some planned so this might take a while! And I bought 2 products from this sale and I felt a little guilty about it because everything is uncertain right now... but I have bought some makeup products lately and I'll have a haul coming soon.

Bye!
