July 2014 Favorites!
So I've tried a lot of new things this month that I love but I haven't been wearing a ton of make up recently... But I definitely have a few favorites.
First I've really been loving the L'oreal Miss Manga Mascara! I love the Buttrtfly Mascara and I really like this just as much if not more. They actually work pretty great together as well. I've even heard taking the brush from the Butterfly and using it in the Miss Manga because they're interchangeable. I didn't love the Miss Manga much at first, but it is really nice and buildable and gives a lot of volume to the lashes. Definitely try it!
I also love the Covergirl Ready Set Gorgeous foundation and powder. I didn't love the Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous foundation because my skin is a little dry for it, but this works greatly for me. The powder helps keeps me matte without looking too bad. The powder gives a nice coverage and covers up pores as well.
Speaking of Pores, I've been digging the Porefessional Primer as well! I did a post on this and the Maybeline Babyskin and they are both very similar, but I think I like the Porefessional more.
I've also been loving the Babylips. I have 3, two of the Dr. Rescues's and one one of the new crystal collection. From the Dr, Lips I have Berry Soft and Soothing Sorbet and from the crystal collection I have mirrored mauve! I've been using all 3 because they're just nicely pigmented, easy to apply, and they actually help moisturize.
Another new Maybeline favorite is from their Leather Collection color tattoos. I got creamy beige, which is a really smoothe matte beige and it works amazingly. I really like Maybeline, especially the color tattoos and this is probably the most wearable and my favorite.
I've also been using 2 palettes of mine quite a bit with that. I've been gravitating towards my Naked 3 for any "going out" look... I particulatly really like the shade Burnout because it's just good for everyday and for going out. I've also been using the Stila in The light Palette for work because it has a lot of great neutrals. Plus it's easy to just put on creamy beige and throw one of the darker colors in the crease! It's quick and easy and I like it!
Another lippie favorite I almost forgot about is the Nyx Butter Glosses. I have pops and sweet tart and I love them! They're pigmented and easy to apply and I just really like Nyx lippies.
The product I think I'm most impressed with is a blush I got from Icing that was only $1.99 and is sooo pigmented and beautiful! I was super impressed with the pigmentation of it all, I definitely want to try more blushes from them.
One more combo I like together is my Olay fresh effects Bb cream and my Rimmel Stay blushed. Blush in Sunkissed Cherry. It looks really natural and just gives a beautiful glow to the skin! Such a good little duo.
I've also been loving the new Bath And Body Wotks summer fragrances. Particularly cool coconut surf, but Hello Sunshine and Sunsets by the pool set wonderful also. I think they're all on sale for $6 full sized, everything in the collection.
Overall just a great month. Some of these I may have mentioned in my June favorites... Not sure how long I've had them, but I've been using all different stuff and this is probably my favorite. That's about it!
Byeeeee!
