Haul! Gifts and other stuff.
So I kind of didn't know whether or not I should do a haul on this... but I decided why not! I got some graduation gifts that are beauty related and fashion related and some other things and I know I'll be talking about a lot of these things in the near future... so I thought why not show you guys! I'm only sharing the physical gifts and the beauty related or fashion related ones because thats what is relevant to this blog... but I am fortunate to have lots of amazing family and friends and I am truly grateful for everything that I got. And I'm not trying to brag or anything, but I'm excited for every little thing that I got and I really wanted to share it. It also might be helpful, there are lots of graduation parties and things coming up and if you are looking for gift ideas, here are some good ones that were all really clever. And I'm also treating myself to some things... soooo yeah. Lol.

First, I know I mentioned my new favorite shower gel, the minion strawberry banana one... it is amazing! My cousins got me another one plus a different one! This has a one eyed minion (Stuart) and it is banana scented... and it smells amazing! I love it! I'm absolutely obsessed with these shower gels, they are really yummy smelling and they have a minion on the bottle! So love these. I got lots of minion things... I may do a minion collection on my other blog... not quite sure. Lol. So really happy to use these!
My friend Tori also got me some make up, and I've already mentioned most of it somewhere on this blog because Tori is amazing and picked out some things that are already my favorites lol.
She got me 2 Wet n Wild WildShine Nail polishes. I think these were popular in the 90s and they recently brought them back... that might be the Megalast that was popular in the 90s... not quite sure. But I think these are a newer version of their nail polish and I've never tried them! There is an orange one called Blazed. This is such a pretty color! I tend to gravitate towards Wet n Wild for orange polishes cause... idk I have good luck with them I guess! I'm excited for this in the summer and the fall, its gonna look awesome with a tan! And a Glitter polish in the shade... 480C? It says sparkle on it, I guess they don't have names for the glitters. This is a really good glitter topcoat! Its pinkish and purply and silvery and just really pretty. Its a Shannon color for sure! Lol. It looks good over Essie's Floralista... which I sadly need a new bottle of soon because most of mine spilled out :( I like it too much not to get it again lol. This wet n wild color is really nice though!
And then more wet n wild there was their eyeshadow trio in Sweet as Candy... this is on par with my high end palettes. Its that good! It actually lasts on my lids all day, the matte brown in this palette is perfect and the lid color is sooo pretty! Especially over like a champagne primer it looks amazing. It looks amazing on its own too. I just love it.
And I got some lip balms and a lipstick! The lipstick I already talked about in my weekly favorites, it is the Maybeline Rebel Bloom lipstick in the shade Tangy Tulip. This is an amazing formula, the color is so nice for summer and I think it will work on lots of different skin types. Its so comfortable and it doesn't go outside my lips or anything either. Its just amazing.
And my lipbalms. One is the Revo Citrus Spf 30 lip balm. These look like little minions I love it. This is one of the CVS ones... it tastes kind of like citrus, banana and vanilla bean. I love it. Revo is one of my favorites.
My other favorite is the Burts Bees Vanilla bean lip balm, which she also got me! I have had one of these... I have no idea where it is though! And I love the flavor of this and I love Burts Bee's so much!
From my friend Cristina I got a really beautiful Jewelry Box. Its a very chic clear glass box with a silver chain on the lid. And on the bottom on the inside it says "I finally have it all together but I don't know where to put it" I love this. My friend said it perfectly summed up post grad life... and it does. But now I have a place to put it! And its pretty! She also got me a sunflower flower crown! I love Flower Crowns, I love sunflowers. Cristina gets me. Lol. My friends and family really get me. Lol.

From my moms friend Kathy who I've known my whole life, I got a graduation cap Alex and Ani bracelet! I love Alex and Ani bracelets and I love how cool the design of the cap is on the charm. Its really cute and I love having a bracelet commemorating an event. Don't have a pic of this one... but its on Alex and Ani's website probably. Lol.
Another family friend of mine that was actually my 2nd grade teacher and is now just family got me this beautiful pink necklace. Pink is my favorite color, especially in jewelry and it matches my graduation ring. It has these really intricate designs on the back and on the sides. The stone is so sparkly and beautiful. I really love it, I know I'll wear it all the time!
It is even pinker and sparklier when it is in person! I need to get better on my photo skills... or get a real camera and not just an iphone. Lol.

And from my sister I got a beautiful necklace from Christina Kober designs. She does fortune cookie necklaces that you can put a quote on and on mine it says "Stay Weird. Stay Different."- Graham Moore. Graham Moore won the oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay at the Oscars this year for The Imitation Game and his speech was incredibly inspirational and just amazing overall! I want to be a writer, and more specifically I'd love to get into screen writing or writing books that could be nominated for these awards!

My sister got me a gift card to harmon... and they always have the new stuff out. And I stuck to mostly lip items lol.
Maybeline has new matte lipsticks that are in a pencil form called their Color Blur by lip studios. And it has a cream matte color and a smudger... Not quite sure what the smudger does, but I'm on board for the ride. Lol. I got the colors My My Magenta and Pink Insanity. First impression (just tried it on) it goes on super easily and looks amazing. I kind of messed up the packaging because I forgot to twist the bottom back down before. I'm super impressed with this so far.
After putting that lipstick on, I just decided to do the rest of my make up, so I tried out some of this other stuff and watched Ingrid Nielson's new video on her channel where she comes out as a lesbian! I'm really proud of her for posting such an honest video that really did answer any questions a viewer may have but also kept her life very private and... it was just very classy and I liked it.
I also got one of the L'oreal La Laque lip colors. I wanted the La Mattes... but I liked this color the best! I have no idea what the name of the color is to be honest... I thought there was a name on it... but I don't see it anywhere. Its kind of a mauvey color. It looks a little like Revlon's just bitten stain in Honey but there is like a little shimmer to it I think... I thought it would be glossy... idk. I'll try this and give a review soon! Btw- found the name of it. Its called Laque-y charm. Cute! My first dog was named Lucky, so I like that a lot!
Also in the lip color family... again with maybeline lol. I got the color sensation lipstick I believe this is one of the Plums and it is in the color Berry Chic. It comes off a little sheer in my swatch of it, but I like the way it looks. I don't think this is limited edition, but it has the limited edition packaging on it. Some of the ltd stuff is re-promoted though... so I'm not quite sure. Lol. I like it though!
I also got the Wet n Wild Trio in I'm getting Sunburned cause I really forgot how much I love these wet n wild trios. The formula and staying power of these... amazing. They blend so easily too. I love the gold color in this! And that crease color is no joke! Plus the pink again! Love it love it love it! Lol.
I also got the Tree Hut Shea Sugar Scrub in the Almond and Honey scent! This was kind of random. I was looking for my mom cause I had everything I wanted and I saw this... and I was like "meh I always wanted to try this brand. I'll try it now." And it smells absolutely amazing! I cannot wait to use it. I may actually shave my legs tonight so I can use it. Lol. Probably not... but still lol.

I saw that one of the color elixer shades was on clearance for 2.08 and I thought "yep. I can get that." So I got it. Its the shade Captivating Carnation. Its really pretty and looks pretty wearable also. I like this formula and clearly I like Maybeline Lipstick. I'm really happy to try all these drugstore lip products out because I feel like I don't have a ton of drugstore lip products and I've been finding so many good ones lately! So yeah. Expect reviews!
I also wanted to try out the Up and Up Complexion Brush. EmilyNoel83 on youtube always raves about this brush and its never in stock at my target so I just thought I needed it next time I saw it. And I saw it so... I needed it! Lol. I used it to buff out my Rimmel Radiance BB Cream and I really liked it! I don't typically use brushes to put foundation or BB Creams on, but I wanted to try it... and I liked it! It was easy and gave good coverage!
And then I saw the new Covergirl Super Sizer Mascara. I've been hearing a lot of good things about this and I don't really need another mascara... lol I feel like I have a bunch, but I opened this and tried it... and so far so good! This is the first Covergirl Mascara I've tried. Don't be fooled by the wand cause its pretty amazing overall.
