2nd Try: Fiona Stiles Foundation with Beauty Blender (and With Custom Enhancer Drops)
So a few days ago something interesting happened on my Instagram...
Makeup Artist and founder of the brand Fiona Stiles actually commented on my Instagram! With tips! So I know I have many posts about this foundation!!! but it is for good reason. It's a great foundation and the fact that I keep finding how to use it better just makes it even more exciting for me.
So per the actual Makeup Artist that created the foundations suggestion... I tried it again with a beauty blender... and it worked better. This time I didn't use it with the Custom Enhancer drops and I used a pump and a half instead of 2 pumps... and I made sure to blend it a little bit more than I usually do... I think that's my problem with beauty blenders and beauty blender type sponges... I just need to make sure to actually BLEND it a little better... I'm pretty lazy with my blending skills... not going to lie. But yeah. It actually worked really well and it looked wayyy more natural and just better.
I'd also like to say I really REALLY appreciate that Fiona Stiles actually took the time to give a suggestion on how to use her product. There was a lot of fan-girling on my end... not going to lie... but seriously how nice is that? Definitely not something you will see from every brand and it really makes me excited to try more from the line!
I also tried it today with the Custom Enhancer Drops. I used a brush this time... but I just dotted a pump of the foundation on, took one drop from the Custom Enhancer drops and dotted that on my face- then I blended it with the Royal and Langnickel Stipple Brush, and I put a little bit more of the foundation on (mostly because my forehead didn't totally have enough on lol) and I really liked how that looked also! I don't think it shows up all that great... but it was pretty good and I liked it a lot!
This is what it looked like after I listened to Fiona Stiles lol. Today's look with the Custom Enhancer Drops will be in my first Colourpop Pressed shadow eye look... which I might also call my Warm Natural makeup look or Warm Matte Makeup Look... we'll see. Lol.
BTW: It is the Fiona Stiles Illuminating Foundation Concentrate... or something along those lines.
Byeee!
