Monday Musts 2.1.16

Alrighty! Monday Musts! I kind of focused on a few products this week. If you want to see the ones I've been trying to use this week, check it out right here. I want to try to do this kind of often... and I'll probably include Faces of the week or something with them.

1) Pur Cosmetics Eye Polish in Silk- This is like the number 1 thing that kind of made everything else for the week for me at least. I just did a first impression on this, and it is really easy to use and just awesome. These are $26... which is a lot for a single shadow... idk if these are at Kohls... I know they used to be... but now I'm not sure... but you could use Kohls cash. I think a lot of youtubers have coupon codes with Pur. These aren't affiliate codes, it just lets Pur know that people are watching their channels. Its like a commercial. Lol... but yeah these are amazing. Possibly one of my favorite high end things of the moment.

2) The Balm Hot Mama Blush- This is another thing that jumped out at me immediately. This is just the best blush. Its a little summery for now... but its pretty fantastic. Its a lot like Nars Orgasm... but I feel like this would work better for lighter skin tones and its a little more shimmery. I like it a lot! Totally recommend!

3) The Balm Mary Lou- Manizer- This is probably my favorite highlighter... maybe You Glow Girl by Ofra is another favorite... but this week I've been using this a lot. I just really like how it looks on my cheeks and my lids. I feel like this would work really well on any skintone too because it shows up... from space lol. This is in the Balm Of Your Hand palette also and its just amazing. I kind of prefer having it in a palette because I know it tends to break easily... so I kind of want the Manizer sisters palette also... but idk. Lol. I'm probably getting the Anastasia Glow Kit and I don't know if I need every single highlighter... but I kinda do. Lol. Anyway I recommend this, and I think it might be better if you can get it in a palette. I have a feeling these palettes will be re-promoted. The Balm of Your Hand palette says its volume 1... so there will probably be another one next year and I think I'm going to collect these. Lol. I can see hitting pan on a lot of these. Its great.

4) Carli Bybel Palette- I really like this palette. If there was one affordable palette I would recommend checking out, its the Carli Bybel Palette. Its a really nice, neutral everyday palette. I've been doing a lot of similar-looking looks with these... but its a really nice everyday palette. This has been my go-to palette recently... and its funny because I've gotten a lot of palettes, this isn't necessarily the best palette of all of them... but its easy to use and gives a really nice neutral look and just works well. I can count on this Carli Bybel palette. Lol. Its a good palette. The highlighters in this also are really nice. I like this a lot.

5) Nyx Liquid Suade Lipstick in Cherry Skies- So I wore this this week and I really liked it a lot. Its a really great red color. If you want to try a good drugstore liquid lipstick, this is a good one to start with. If you want a good drugstore red... I think this is my 2nd favorite. I think I still like Rich Ruby from Maybelline better, but this one is really nice still. This color is really really pretty and I just really like it. I would highly recommend these... especially if you're a beginner to Liquid Lipsticks and you don't really want to splurge. I'm going to have a battle of the liquid lipsticks soon.

6) Em Cosmetics New Years Eve Life Edition Palette- My favorite look of the week was with this palette. I got this at an outlet store for $20 and its a really nice and unique palette. Its really nice and I would recommend it if you can find it. I think tis $34 on em's website... idk if I'd recommend it for that... but it is a great palette. Especially if you can get a deal on it. I've been happy with it so far.

7) Rimmel Lasting Finish Foundation- This is definitely my favorite foundation from the drugstore. Its just really nice and its pretty matte, but even on my dry skin it works pretty well. I love the way it looks on and think it would work for a lot of different skin types. It lasts all day and never clings to my dry patches. I think the only time I didn't like how this looked was after I was sick and my skin was dry and broken out. This is another good, dependable product that I just really like.

8) Living Proof Dry Shampoo- I really think this cleans my hair well. It actually works and a lot of dry shampoos sort of work but this one does. Its really good. I recommend it.

And thats everything! Hope you like this! These are all pretty nice, dependable products and some good ones. And I hope you like the Faces of the week post that I'll be posting using these products and others. That should be up on Thursday... so hopefully you like that. Friday will be my long-awaited first impression of Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir mascara! Lol. So little preview. And I have something exciting and new on Wednesday... so thats fun!

Byeeee!
